Video recording during class is welcome as long as it doesn’t disrupt the flow of the session. Please make sure to get verbal consent from anyone who may appear in your video before recording.
You must be 18 or older to participate in classes. We may consider students aged 16 or 17 case-by-case, but a parent or legal guardian must sign a waiver. For more information, don't hesitate to get in touch with us.
For the safety of all participants, the consumption of alcohol or use of drugs before or during class is strictly prohibited. Students who arrive under the influence will be asked to leave and will forfeit their class credit.
A minimum of three students is required for a class to take place. If registration falls below this number, the class will be canceled, and you’ll be notified in advance. Prices are subject to change.
All memberships require a commitment of three months to start your journey with us. After the initial four-month period, you can cancel or downgrade your membership with 30 days' notice by emailing us at seattlepoledance@gmail.com.
We understand that life happens! After the first three months, memberships can be placed on hold for a minimum of three weeks and a maximum of eight weeks. If you need a medical suspension, just provide us with a letter from your healthcare professional.
To keep things fair and organized, unused class credits must be used within the specified month; they do not roll over to adjacent months.
Memberships are personal and cannot be shared or transferred. Please note that pricing and classes are subject to change.
For the safety and comfort of our dancers, please note that our studio doors will be locked promptly at the start of each class. As we do not have a front desk attendant, the doors will remain locked between classes to ensure a secure environment for everyone. We kindly encourage all dancers to arrive at least 15 minutes before class to settle in and prepare. Once the class begins, the doors will be locked, and late entry will not be permitted to avoid disruptions. Failure to arrive on time to class will result in forfeiture of the class credit.
